I have amazfit band 7. I allowed heart-related data on strava. But when I go to Sensors page (heart symbol over Start button) I can see running cadence sensor only. No heart rate sensor info on this screen.

As of Jan-1-2023 all my activities have synced but no Heart Rate Data. Is there something different as of Jan-1 that needs to be updated with Strava and Zepp? Have had no issues with the heart rate data syncing in the past.

Make sure you have provided the heart rate data access to the Strava.

Hi. I think with T rex2 it's possible to sync great rate with strava, but with gtr4 is not possible. I tried following the steps you have explained in the video, but with no luck

Did you enable the health data processing on Strava? If it's still not working then try setting up Strava with your Zepp account all over again.

Hello, I have been facing issue of Zepp App not syncing with STrava since last 2 days.. what could be the reason? I have done all sorts of setup and reset but no luck. Zepp however syncs with Runtastic. Please revert.
