Exitlag increased my ping value from 20 to 95 and even though I turned off the settings, it did not improve, thank you.

I'm pretty sure ExitLag is misleading, you're not really getting the ping you think you are. Instead of it being measured from game server -> you, it goes from game server -> exitlag server -> you. The ping you see is from the game to exitlag, you're still getting the latency from exitlag's distance to you.

I'm actually really surprised exitlag worked, i play on NA most of the time (im from europe) and lately my ping has been at an average of 120 on North Virginia servers when its usually on 80-85. 80 ping is totally playable but 120 isn't and once i started using exitlag the ping went straight to 80 again.

another tip, if none of these work, try restarting ur computer, it took me from getting ping spikes of 50 - 150 to a stable 20 - 30 ping

I don't know what I did wrong but I went from averaging 26 ping with many lag spikes to averaging 29 ping with large lag spikes every 2 seconds with a decrease in my fps.

tcp optimizer wont work and will make valorant ping high since valorant uses udp not tcp.
