This is what worked for me: Windows Network Reset: Right-click the Start button and select "Command Prompt (Admin)." Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter. Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter. Restart your computer.
Thank you for this I found out why I was getting alot of jitter it was my router/ settings. I changed alot but I think it was resetting the modem and turning off wake on lane in the power settings.
As of 2024 Windows still has not fixed a deficiency of their own product as it was released as such by them.They have no problem collecting the $B's though.
