Not even joking, I tried for an hour and after I opened this video and turned on Maximized Compatibility (Which I also tried turning on before but didn't work) Worked in a glimpse now currently commenting with an android on Apple's iPhone 13 hotspot. Great dude! 😊❤

In my case , hotspot was not connecting to windows 10 from iphone SE and I tried everything and in the end I simply gave a shot to change password of my hotspot and after that it got connected . You may try hope it will help.

if none of these options work , change the password you require for access to your hotspot. this was the fix i had work for me.

i have tried everything but i still get ' Failed to enable Perdsonal Hotspot on "iphone". Check to see if the device is turned on and in range of your computer. Very frustrating - can you help ?
