I bought your V11 device and I've tried emailing to get some help with the "IIC chip not recognized!" error when using the software. It's been two weeks. Why is it so hard to reach anyone from your company??? I'm a new customer and the complete lack of any help is incredibly concerning.

hi rewa. could u help me find out the fault... the iPhone xs and just find out there is no voltage on 6.7 V and 3.5 V at the touch connector. could u help me.. i really greatly appreciate it if u could suggest me. thanks
My iphone often gets unresponsive but sometimes it works perfectly. It often remains unresponsive for a day or more and sometimes auto-touch gets active aswell. Is is the same issue with mine that you have discussed?
The easy way to test this problem without needing to test the resistor is to just press on the motherboard. If touch starts working then you know its the sandwich board. Iv seen loads of these now with the same problem, for data recovery you can just press on the board and touch starts working again, either that or crank the screws up super tight.
Excuse me, where do I need to press? Because my iPhone XS touchscreen stopped working... before I was able to turn it back on simply by force rebooting the device, but now it doesn't work anymore...
Спасибо КЭП)) сотни раз уже такое проделывал) ещё лайфхак, проще найти эту дорогу в слоях и не тащить соплю от разъёма, а вытянуть ее непосредственно возле рамки)
some part of touch screen not working after water damage..so i have replaced with diff screen and no issue at all after that.. but just wondering, can my original screen still can be fix? is it the issue cause by digitizer or touch ic?… FYI, all of this happend 2 year ago, recently drop my phone n cheap screen crack..ahaha
I called Apple explaining touch screen not working, left edge of my screen to be exact. They said I need a new lcd, so is it the lcd or the logic board respective of this video. Screen works perfect otherwise.
Firstly you have to check the lcd connector if there is the fault you don't have to change the lcd but I everything is fine then you should check new lcd 👏
