How to FIX Motorcycle Gearbox Part 1 / JONWAY YY350-9a GTO Shaft Assembly / DD250 / Regal Raptor 

Approximately 320 lbs in total rider weight, ideally 75 mph. Doable in your vitacci? I love the lycan but at almost 4k id rather just drop another 1k and get a ninja or ktm 400 bike

China bikes r headaches all except Lifan brands. The way they fabricated these bikes r really careless, over torque, sometimes the engine has small things that r dropped inside, n most of the times like 85% is outside parts or liquid that r not suitable or install wrong. So if u can’t get the Lifan Lycan V16, any other bikes u tried to get that’s from any random Chinese manufacturer, doesn’t matter if at first were really good will not last u more than 5000 miles. I’ve actually seen this on all Chinese bikes I’ve owned n they were Dongfang DF250RTS, now this GTO 250, and even some Dual Sport 250cc Carburated style.

The Vitacci GTO 250 is doable for extra rider n yes will give u a whopping speed at 91 Mph max. But it will b short-lived. Then again I’m here, so I can sell u parts or even the manual but it will not b cheap because I buy things from CHINA directly from the manufacturer. So u have to really think this through, do u want a Chinese bike or do u want another brand bike? Doesn’t really matter which one u get, u will spend money on parts extremely expensive n me selling Chinese parts for these model wouldn’t be cheap like scooter parts u find on eBay or Amazon.

Also Matthew, no Chinese bikes I’ve seen and owned is straight on doing 75mph. Some struggle to get there, and some are inconsistent and doesn’t always ride on 75mph. And max weight on these bikes are usually recommended for 1 person. If u really want to ride with pride n someone behind u, use that 3k with a good credit score n lease a real cubic inches bike. You will make the deposit of around 2-3k initial start-up n there after around $3-500 depends on the cc’s. After all u do have the MSF so u can considered urself experience without going through the process of years n training. Chinese bikes r always advertised under 250cc n r not something reliable if ur not “ME”. Meaning have years of riding only those bikes. Own several equipments. Know all the type of engines. N know every single sources of getting parts for them or what part will not b able to get if they become defective.

@@Mr.FLOYDs man i feel like you just saved me a ton of headache. Its not even about the money its about the value, i felt like China Bikes are such a good deal i cant say no. Plus if i dont spend as much on it i wont feel guilty letting it sit if i dont get the time to ride it. Sounds like i dont want any part of brand other than Lifan if its from China. Maybe ill just start higher CC or get the Lifan Xpect for getting experience and have as a dirt bike when i upgrade. Thanks man!

@@Mr.FLOYDs ok thanks. Any info on upgrades for this bike is helpful. I have one coming and id like to get most of my upgtades done before putting it on the road

The upgrades are not available in the U.S. I can upgrade parts from any Chinese bikes because I have contact with Chinese Manufacturers. However you can buy it from my website through custom order.

Haven’t actually put any of the GTO parts up because I have about 50 listings and was doing pretty much everything I’ve bought for the past bikes that I often changes because of worn. Again another wrong time to ask a question that I can no longer answered. My pipe is wrapped and after that it’s the exhaust link that’s 51 standard for exhaust canister. I think I bought it at 44mm but I did use some type of extension because it was the smallest size I could have find at that time which was too big for the GTO. I remembered I bought a size of 38mm it was just exact as the actual pipe and couldn’t fit in. Sorry Francis, to certain customers that buy certain parts. Depends on the purchase history of that customer when they ask for the manual I will provide it for an additional fees. In a way if you haven't spent some cash through ordering parts from US, or me you will never find that manual and we don't hand it out.

So if u did end up buying parts on ur own, u r on ur own. So the amount u spend is basically a neut point when needing to do the job n now ur at a lost. That's y I am official n I go by the name of CHINA Motorsports. Everything China bikes repair related must go through me so it can b approved, it's also for ur safety as in doing a neat perfect job so u won't b in an accident otherwise find a shop n take it to them n hopefully they have the same skill set that I have or so they claim they do while they really r armature with a puzzle set lmao.
