I'm trying to connect to my iPhone as a hotspot (my laptop does with no issue) but the switch is not picking it up. I don't know whether this is due to it being new and needing an update or something other issue. It's just not showng the hotspot.

im dumb af so i was trying to connect to the wifi on my switch and it kept saying something like make sure your network device is connected but the wifi box is in my parents room and keep in mind this was happening for 3 days but today i decided to check the wifi password so i went to settings on my laptop bc it was connected to the wifi and i selected check wifi passcode and im dumb af bc when i trying to put in the password for those 3 days i kept putting 47 but the wifi had the number 43 so yeah but ima like and subscribe bc for some reason it made me check the password so thank you

Waste $400 on this brick. It finds everyone else's WiFi in my neighborhood except mine. Never once had a problem connecting to my router with ANY device except this outdated pile of crap. Returning it and never buying anything Nintendo again. Absolutely asinine.

Hi, my switch only works after turning the router on and off, then it disconnects after like a day maybe even less and wouldn’t connect even though I’m close to it. So I have to start it on and off again:/ nothing helps and I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore. (My wifi works perfectly fine on my other devices.)

Im just going to be real, restarting the router and the switch often does the trick. Hold the power butten for three seconds, go to "power settings", then turn it off or restart. Make sure to save!!

Oddly I had to get right beside my router for the wifi to connect, but once it was connected, I could use the Switch online all the way from my bedroom.

I have a switch for my living room. A bdsp Pokémon switch lite and a regular lite for my son. My bdsp connects to my hotspot but not my WiFi but the other switches connect to the WiFi just fine. I cant figure it out
