HOW to Fix Nintendo Switch LITE- [NO POWER!!] 

This worked on the 2nd step with the power and volume down button after 11 seconds. Really appreciate the help from this video

Judging from the comments, you've made quite a few people very happy. However... You went through all of that trouble, and never even bothered to turn it back on. Somehow... I feel cheated. I'll get over it. Anyway, I was just looking for someone to demonstrate the procedure for removing the back cover on the Lite version. All of these other videos are for the other model. Was worried, as I've also been experiencing extremely fast battery drain suddenly, so I assumed it finally bit the dust. Nope!. It lives to play another day! Power and volume down for about 12 seconds worked for me! My switch is only a year old and never done this before so I was worried.

Went to load a new game into my daughter's Switch Lite and even though was plugged into the outlet, screen was showing battery not charging and died while I was holding it... she admitted to dropping it, so I had to take it apart and fix the the battery connection since all the other troubleshoot methods failed. Thank you... luckily I have all kinds of electronic tools for taking consoles apart...

I’ve recently got a SIM card I tried to put it in my switch lite for more space but it doesn’t turn on I ended up taking it out and hold the power button for 15 seconds and take my finger off and click it again it turn back on don’t know what’s wrong?

Tried this and it didn’t work. About a month ago, I did this and it worked and I played on my Switch for a day before it died again and now it will not turn on even when I hard reset it or leave it charging for a whole day. So could I get my battery replaced?? Because I can’t afford a new Switch because I never have any money for anything except for groceries and rent.

What happens if I don't use the original charger?

I thought I lost over 2000 hours and all of my Pokemon. I ain't gonna lie I was tearing up. I wanted to pass my Pokémon down to my daughter. I had already lost even more than that before when I left my 3DS on a bus. I had all of my Pokémon transferred up and in the bank on an account I forgot the info to. These were Pokemon I had since I was a kid. It crushed me. I stopped playing for a while and when I met my wife we started playing together. Anyway I'll stop now and just get to my point. Thanks for saving my Pokémon.

The joysticks were replaced, and everything seems to be connected. It worked before the replacement. And I tried all these steps. Any suggestions what it could be? Maybe needs a new battery?

I got it to turn on and then it immediately turns off but it doesn’t show it’s charging. Any help?

I push the power button and it shows the Nintendo logo then the black screen with a battery icon on the upper left hand corner with a little red bar

The power button and volume trick finally worked but then it wouldn’t charge so I turned it off and it went back to being stuck at the Nintendo switch screen.

Don't lift towards the screen, move down towards the speaker and lift towards the back.
