Thanks a Million for this video. it is a big relief for me as a repair tech. i now know how to diagnosis any laptop with this same issue, most especially using the laptop schematics diagram in carrying out my repairs. How to chek rst and rsm vol... For io in this video are not give about the idea of 3.3 vol... Is rst and rsm according to your question lite is glow but no power on board.this case pannel vol..Is ok and step down is missing in that case lite is glow but no power.kindly give suggation.

Sir my pannel voltage is clear means io generate 3v then you will send pannel voltage also we can check on 98no to rsm when my step down voltage are clear how can identify to search above problem to B pulis voltage io io when 5 v are not coming then step down ic it may be failure ist check 5v and 3v and rv of io then go to this section

Iska Jo adupter Hy o jab ac power on Kar ky laptop my o adupter ka Jack lagate Hy to light orange colour ka jalta Hy lekin battery charge nehi ho raha hy...or battery sy direct on karneka bat us adupter bale light white ho jata Hy lekin charge nehi hota. Or battery khulna ke bat directly adupter sy vi nehi chal raha hy.. Plz tell me sir how can I solve that problem.

Hello sir, nice work and good video. I have a compaq presario CQ71 and when I plug the power supply, the led turns on for a few seconds and then turns off and the computer does not start and no lights. Problem spread on these models visibly. Do you know the solution? Thanks for your help.

When I plug the jack of the power supply, the white led turns on for a few seconds and turns off. Nothing happens, black screen, no lights. I unplugged, reconnected the power supply, same, led turns on then goes off. Power supply tested, ok: 19v. I am thinking of a short circuit component but which! A little lost I must say ...

buenas tengo misma maquina misma falla prende la luz al enchufar el cargador pero no prende la resistencia de 10k esta bien tengo los 3.3v el boton power funcionando perfecto llega el pulso al EC tengo todas tensiones regrabe la bios con 3 binarios diferente pero nada no prende sera el EC???

@@Aditya11ttt Well, I have the same machine, it fails, it turns on the light when I plug in the charger but it does not turn on the 10k resistor, it's fine, I have the 3.3v power button working perfect, the pulse arrives at the EC, I have all voltages, rewrite the bios with 3 different binaries, but nothing does not turn on. will it be the EC ???

help plss ... my laptop is HP Pavilion dv6 my problem is my laptop is not turning ON but the power LED has Light .. in order to turn it ON i have to remove the CMOS battery and press the power button for 15 secs and my laptop only works if i do that .. but when i shut it down and trying to turn it ON it doesn't working again .. so i have to press the power button again for 15 secs (with no cmos) ..
