How do you know if it's tight enough on the centre of clutch? I'm currently replacing the clutch in mine and can't seem to get the plates to push apart. Does the middle screw need to be tight again the clutch plug from the idle position if the lever so it starts moving the plates apart as soon as you start pressing it?

Thanks for reply. Haven't touched to clutch rod yet because I was just checking if the centre screw of clutch had to be tightened inward until Its touching the clutch rod in it's idle position. I've connected everything and replaced everything carefully just can't seem to get clutch lever to do anything no matter how much I tighten it
