Question is it cylinder no 7 or another cylinder I've seen another cylinder make it look like it was another cylinder , your thoughts? also, I had to put a sleeve in my cylinder good old Ford f150 4.6L with some red thread lock waited 24 hrs the put the spark plug in I'm hoping it didn't come loose ugg im open to suggestions as well and thanks for the video it helps.

Yes- it's an issue from cylinder no. 7. We suggest to begin checking for intake leaks. If there's no leaks found, inspect and test the parts of the ignition system around the cylinder to confirm whether you need (or not) to replace the coil packs, plugs and wires.

@@nondainc here is a deal for ya lol just kinda blew my mind on how good it was, I got all ing coils and plugs BRAND NEW from Amazon and got the parts 5 hrs after ordering (sigh) got nzt plugs on top of that which are pretty good not the best but they will do. Figured I'd pass on the prime info for you helping me n all, and they are for a 4.6L 8cyl, turns out there was water down in that cyl hole before takin out the plug which is a good thing by inspecting it and the others I figue, replace all for a great price, share the wealth of info, hope for the best.

Do you have a live chat? Or email?. Oreillys code showed Po307 and said “cylinder 7 misfire” but I was told their reader is basic and not realiable. Is this true?
