I already have a Roku. Paramount+ won’t work on it even though I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it, rebooted the Roku, and updated the Roku software.

the problem I have is that live CBS keeps cutting out, the screen goes blank except for the loading signal on the bottom, it takes between 30 and 45 seconds for it to reload. it does this all the time and is very aggravating as I end up watching on my desktop as it doesn't happen on there. I have tried reloading ROKU and my modem, I have no way to remove it or reload it. is there anything else I can do??

I only got paramount plus for “Hot in Cleveland” and I had no problems until last night. The Eps will not stream, but all other shows and movies do. I tried all methods except buying the stick and I can’t delete the channel. Help!!
