Change the battery, then push the start button with the actual key fob, not your finger. Like use the fob to push the button as if you’re trying to stick the key in the key hole but the button in in the way. A signal will transmit and fix it! I did mine today

Should be a wire connected so the car and the remote to be on the same connection, so when you get near the car it can unlock or remote start, but could’ve been unplugged from the dealership so you can come back and pay for them to fix that. Not 100% sure though.

@@hotboii7298 Check Your Battery a Low power battery can’t cause this, as well as a fuse or the key fob . There’s many possibilities, it’s hard to give a direct answer.
My wife drove the truck earlier and it was working fine and went to go start it up the truck didn't wanna start so I hooked cables up to and it still didn't start but my clusters lights stay on and the shift nob lights stay on

@@24389j Hey man, I believe if the battery sense starts detecting a low or failing battery, the BCM will start shutting down certain functions. it will start with Driverside but allow Passenger side to still work. Usually a reset of the battery monitor will clear it so by disconnecting the battery (& replacing if necessary) will cure it and all will work again. Also you can try changing the key fob battery and see if that helps. ( Did some research and that’s what i found, Hope it helps God bless!)
