Guyz..This is an update on the issue.I have been in contact with mi for some time and the service centre has informed me that mi have removed the problematic rom from their database.So newer updates wont be a problem. The next thing is that poco have issued a notice to service centres to take care of the dead phones if the problem rose with the update given there is no physical damage or custom roms installed or was installed even after warranty period.A period of 20days will be there to get the phone back after board replacement.The service centres will take videos and photos of our phones and will sent it to mi stating no physical or software issues were present before this damage.The company will then approve the request and will give a free repair for the same. I have given my phone to the service centre today and is waiting for approval expected to be given by mi by tomorrow(according to service technician from mi service centre). Will try to update after getting repaired
My POCO X2 gone Dead after few days of camera problem after software update. Service center denied to give any service even though the problem was from the side of company. worst experience with POCO not even worked for 2 years. Total waste of money. Never by POCO

Please do not update . I had updated to 12.6 version. My back camera got this black screen i went to service center my warranty expired still i got board changed at free of cost. I got serviced from trivandrum. Before going for 8500 pls do enquiry at service center because there is option for doing it at free of cost. But this process took 15 days after submitting my phone and takes many approvals and procedures. Don't loose hope . Submit your phone before it's too late to do anything.

Solutions 1. Remove tempered glass 2. Reboot poco x2 3. Hard Reset [ please backup before Reset ] 4. Flash stock rom via PC 5. Use always original tuch and display
@@DotSM Bro.. can u please tell me how can I back up my data when the touch is not working. Cuz when I connect it to PC it gets charged.. I can't change the options as I can't touch it.. USB debugging bhi off hai.. Very important data I've in it.. Kuch solution h kya Bhai. I even tried MI PC suite . That also not working! 😑
Had the same problem. My camera stopped working after 2-3 month touch was not responding after that I got cpu reballing for ₹1500 and now it's working. Let's see next

My poco x2 using since 1.9 yrs then last 2weeks back camera dead so i went service centre and mentioned the complaint then after 10days they gaved poco f1 in warranty
They cheated us with poco f1, I think it's a poco game, they have many wasted refabrishied poco f1 phones, and they want to collect sony imax 568 sensor so they simply generate problem in poco x2
