How to fix Printer Driver Installation error "Printer driver was not installed..." on Windows 10

I have been trying this for the past 12hrs now nothing work (HP laserjet p1102) am totally confused 😕

If someone is not managing to install the driver because of a similar error but with a "file not found" message, it is related to language. Just unzip the driver you downloaded from HP (download an english language driver), find the "English" folder, copy that (duplicate in the same folder) and rename of the duplicated folder to your computer language (in my case it was Portuguese) and it will work fine. Normally it happens with people that doesn't live in a country that tje language is different from the computer language. If you need help on it, you can reply here and I can try to help you :) (if the problem is the same I had)

Are the documents or videos will not affect in resetting?
