Check GPU comparability. Nvidia only supported up to High Sierra

my laptops amd rayzen 5 3500u radeon Vega 8 , after I installing macOS Sonoma 14.5, I can't boot again, and reboot loop, not booting into desktop., now I'm still stuck on Ventura 13.6.7 version, how I can fix this? I wish, I can upgrade to Sonoma, please help me..
