Thank you. But my Samsung galaxy A33 is not even showing the charging sign when the charger is plugged on. It is just blank. How long does it take before it starts charging?
Nearest I have come to resolving but alas no joy. My Samsung A51 is fully charged but when trying to restart it gets stuck on the Samsung Galaxy A51 logo and goes into a loop meaning I cannot even switch off the phone. Groan. I have important information and dont want to factory rest even if I could. I now hate Samsung with a vengeance. Good video though dude. I managed to get a light blue screen with chinese characters with a warning symbol. Cant even get to that safe mode.

No metter what combinations of buttons I use - my tablet doesn't show that boot menu😢 It's just "samsung galaxy...bla bla powered by android". It goes black and that again and again...AND it won't charge!!! I've tried all different cables, all blocks, PC, cleaning usb port - nothing is working 😢 It's been three days since I've been torturing that pure tab....At first there was a sircle with a lightning in the middle on the screen, so there's definitely something wrong with a charging. On a second day that symbol got changed to a logo. WHAT SHOULD I DO?😭
can you give me any tips when i was using app my phone just suddenly turn black and i force power off my phone and now it shows samsung logo but in 1/4 of my screen in top left and it just stuck there and when i charge my phone it doesn't shows charging like yours please bro reply my comment fastt with solution😢 i am so afraid my parents will scold me

@@ЦветиНиколова-с8я I contacted the store I bought it from and asked where to send warranty repairs and got info about a repair shop in a city far away. But I'd say it took about a week in total.
Just replace my lcd galaxy a30. Lcd is ok during the dry test. But after complete install (with glue), the screen freezes and when i try to restart, its stuck at the logo.. already do the step method #3 but not working. What happened to my screen?
I'm using Samsung A8 phone and I tried to do soft reset it would become black as planned but after 1 second it would go back to the way it was. and the other options didn't work either.
I tried all these. Sometimes it would get past the logo phase and start working especially after putting in the freezer. Sadly it is only temporary. Still problem recurring
I had also this problem, tried for two day everthing. Also finger tapping on the phone and compleet battery drain, wipe cash partition, tried start up on save mode, nothing did help. what helpt for me is just charge your phone during boot loop for half hour and put your phone in the freezer for approx 15min.
So since Sunday 3:00 p.m. my phone did some Samsung software update the night before and since then it's been a constant Lube of turning on and being stuck in the Samsung gallery powered by Knox screen. Now it's Tuesday and I still can't get into it and all I want to do is save my kids pictures. This morning I left the phone in the freezer for 20 minutes took it out it actually turned on I saw the T-Mobile sign I was able to actually get into my phone I quickly connected it to my laptop and I was going to save the pictures and videos since for some reason it was never backed up in the first place and then my phone died again 😢 and now is doing the constant Loop so it's back in the freezer for 20 minutes to see if I can do it again but I'm not hopeful it'll stay on for longer than just a minute or two
@MGFord hi. I left my sitting in the freezer on a long charging cord for about 30 mins, then came back and didn't take it out of the freezer. I just tried turning it on while still in the freezer My phone turned on and stayed on long enough to make the transfer two separate times with this method. I was able to recover and do a transfer of the things I wanted to save while leaving still cold in the freezer and doing it all. Then, within the next week with the freezer method I was able to get the black and white screen to delete cache (it never seemed to help tho) and finally I was able to get in the screen and do a master reset where I lost everything that was on the phone. Unfortunately, it didn't help either...the phone was still a constant loop of turning on and off. But I'm happy for this post bc it helped me save what was more important. I ended up trading in the phone w tmobile, and they gave me a $210 trade in credit 🙃 better than nothing, I guess. Good luck. It takes patience and persistence
I dare anyone to bring back my samsung A50 back to life 😅. I have tried everything: different button combinations, massaging, tapping, hitting, freezer, nothing. When I attach the phone to the charger, the samsung logo appears and that's it. I can't get passes the samsung logo 😑 ONE thing I haven't tried: 💣
@@SondreLauritsen - your charging port may not be working. you can buy a new one and install it or have someone do it. there is a combination part for charging port and headphone jack port that can be replaced.
Nothing works, it just comes to the Samsung logo, and goes screen off, ofcourse the device is working i am able to hear the emergency call, by pressing power button simultaneously.. any solution please helpo
volume up and power buttons does nothing while connected to my PC. All I see is the charging circle with a lightning bolt and no number or %. If not connected to PC it is stuck on the samsung galaxy A51 powered by android screen.
@@whiszantech2425 i tried that, but still in every 2-3 hours the bootloop starts and keeps going on for like 15 mins. And then retarts the smartphone normally, sometimes I have to force restart it by pressing volume up and power button to break the bootloop. Factory reset didn't work from me. Please tell another solution, already tried clearing cache and other 2 steps.
My device is turning on but then after 30 minutes it just turn off once again showing the same samasumg galaxy screen your ways are helpful but helping partially kindly give your contact number for more specific details 🙂 please help
