thank you so much for this video, i tried doing the soft reset option but when i didn't see the screen turn on, i plugged it back in thinking i plugged it out too soon and the screen finally came on but showed the charging screen instead of powering up
I did everything over and over freezer twice but honestly what worked for me ended up using my knee to do the massage thing and lightly hit it on front screen and then on back a lil harder that's the method I usued it helped only if I thought to do that two hrs sooner hope it helps someone else
i knew the hard reset and i tried it my phone still wouldn't turn on and i charged it for at least a half hour i tried everything and it still wouldn't turn back on so i decided to throw it in the freezer for 20 mins hoping the temperature change would tighten everything up inside the phone and I would be able to power it on and let me tell you it worked it turned on right away however it was stuck in a boot loop. thanks to your two final solutions it now works and stays powered on after a soft reset was done so i didn't need to clear the cache but it is great knowledge to know. thank you!
I'm also considering that freezer step as an option. I'll do it when I get home. Probably, I'll leave it in there for an hour. . Just kidding. 20 minutes should be fine. I'll come back to give you a feedback, if it works!
I have a samsung galaxy a14 and i just updated it and then it took me to my home page and i put the pin code to unlock it and then it just turned black so i did a soft restart and it worked but then it was stuck in a boot loop for abt 5 mins and then i tried to soft restart and nothing so it is currently in a black screen and nothing works😐 please answer

All this is great but my problem is little different.I charge my phone on wi fi charger cause my port charger is broken and late this day when i look on him is whas turn off and i put him and charger and charging normal but won't turn on and screen look normal and i try all this method but won't work any on them,so i ask you what to try next?
My Galaxy J3 did something like this. I ended up while trying to boot it up I smacked the back of my phone on the palm of my hand. A screen saying something about encryption could not be verified came up which had a RESET BUTTON on the bottom. Tapped that and it did the factory reset. The phone now boots normally. Really confused about that.
put it in the freezer for 20 mins or so then try these steps that's how i got mine back on. make sure you charge it for at least a half hour before anything that's key to do

Hi. I don't get it. You said if method number two did not work then go to number three. BUT it's the same method as number two..hold the power button and the down volume simultaneosuly.. How are we supposed to do that if number 2 did not work...Lawdy lawdy lawdy...lol..I searched for power buton stuck/not working and got your video..with no explanation on what to do about power button failure....cheeeeezzz...Oh well never can find what we ask for in bloody Google,, so no surprise. @@anwarkundu4842 brother repair cost was 5k with battery strip in abbottabad... But there's some other problem in my device... On the 2nd day of repairment the device again stucked and turned off and same happened wasn't turning on... Again bring that device for repair again they repaired and said sometimes it happend after the repairment.... But next day same thing happend again so... Again went to the shop and they said we will trace the problem more further.... So i left my phone there... today they told me there's some kind of problem with the board which they will repair and contact now lets hope for the best .... Will update You
if someone curious or has the same problem as I do then your answer is probably in motherboard, which means that it is dead. unfortunately, the only thing that I can do now is to buy a new phone and forget about all my data from an old one (or to repair my phone, but I wont do it anyway and my data would still be gone). but in any case, do not jump to conclusion and ask a professional for help
