Thanks. Simply flipping the off button on the surge protector, waiting a couple of minutes, flipping back on, turning tv on, and the issue was resolved.

I get an error- "Oops something went wrong, please try again" with the installed Bloomberg application. The other apps (like RU-vid) work. Sometimes the Bloomberg app will work again, but whenever I switch out of the application, and back in I get the same error. I read Bloomberg TV app doesn't work for Samsung TV models after 2015. I think my model (UA48H6400) is around 2015, but it doesn't explain why the app sometimes works. I've tried restarting the PC, re-installing the app, but its still unreliable. Very frustrating!

This didn't work BUT I fixed it. Do a soft reset! Turn tv off, hold power button for 5 sec (dont release) then hold power button on remote for 5 sec. (Release both) Let the tv do its thing until you're ready to set it up

Hey man, so when I open my apps tab and then click on an app per day, it doesn’t show the options of what to do, it’s just white “blank” so I don’t know which is the option to add a certain app to the main hub. Any recommendations?
