@@hexxibojexxi bruh it would be okayish at best. DH is aggro class, you dont want to run 4 mana 4/3 dissruption in aggro deck, and 4 mana 4/3 dissruption with outcast condition would be hard to get in decks like reno DH, because it would get bricked so often.
Star Student Selina: the change is good, but you could keep the mana cost and have it be “Battlecry and Outcast” so that triggering twice can be more impactful as opposed for more consistency with just Battlecry. Shan’do Wildclaw: change is good, but if you wanna make the copy effect more worthwhile, make it copy from the deck instead. Ideally with the tax of “lowest cost Beast” so that it encourages Big Beast decks for both classes. Professor Slate: I’d say make it a 2 mana 1/4 with Poisonous instead, since the 4 health would assure it doesn’t get sniped easily. Manafeeder Panthara: really bad change for any Even decks. If you’d wanna make the mana cost worth it, have it draw two cards instead. Instead of Voracious Reader, i think it’s better to focus on Kelthuzard since that legendary has seen no play and needs a change to help it see any play, let alone viability.
Illucia's issue wasnt it being disrupted. it was turning into a time warp with an empty hand. Fucker was insane. My fav card from this exp is prolly troublemaker. Mostly from arena. Guy is so cool.
Gibberling is my favorite card because token druid was my first ever legend, have vivid memories of playing that menace in a deck that was around 3k dust but still shot out 11/10 in stats turn one with Gibberling coin embiggen embiggen pirate, good memories.
I'm not particularly well versed in the wild meta, but i think a way to make Slate distinct from the competition (and give it back the legendary feeling it had until they gave its effect to a spell) would be something like: 3 mana 4/3 with Battlecry: For the rest of the game, each [insert condition here] spell you cast is Poisonous. The condition might be "each third spell", "each school spell" so you'd get the effect for arcane, fire etc but not every spell, or even "while you control a minion/beast, your spell are poisonous". I know rest of the game effects are kinda boring, but it would give it different use cases compared to Acidmaw and Urchin and you can change the condition around to achieve a good balance.
Also I really appreciate your style of buffing. Especially when you add things, its beyond a simple number change but something that makes sense and potentially makes the cards more viable. Your videos these past few weeks alone have turned me back into a wild player over standard.
Shan’do: 3/3/3, “Choose 1: give beasts on your battlefield +1/+1; give beasts in your hand +2/+2; or give beasts in your deck +3/+3” too good? Probably too swingy
Favorite card from this expansion would be Rattlegore, he was one of my favorite big minions in the game, funnily enough, I first saw him in duels, let’s just say that, I loved Bomb Warrior
change Shan'do into 4 mana give your beasts in hand deck and battlefield +2/+2 or summer exact copies of your friendly beasts, so its either a massive buff to your board or its a freya for beasts
I'd argue Shan'do doesn't need a buff like this. Just make it +1/+1 wherever beasts are or transform into a 3/3 copy friendly beast from deck. That way token decks can play it or it can summon a beast from deck. No need to reinvent the formula too much with this one imo
I would also buff Ras Frostwhisper so he could be a decent card on his own, maybe make him started at 2 damage or simply reduce his cost to 4 mana (or maybe even both)
Favorite card from Scholomance is glide, being able to remove the mana cheat and being able to feel like a god when you top deck it right feels so damn good
Illucia was such a good idea, too bad it saw play aggro. I think it was a fun concept like theotar for control priest. Wish they would focus more on control priest again :(
What if you gave soul shards twinspell so when you draw them, they heal you and leave behind another lesser heal? I feel like hand lock would start auto-including that.
I remembered desperately trying to use krastinov in a weapon buff deck but nothing worked, wonder if giving him windfury and reducing his attack by 3 could make him viable
honestly they should make even demon hunter bcs it would be funny (yes I know that the most popular even decks card does not work with demon hunter that's why I think it would be funny)
i think its time for gibberling druid to come back for sure. with how cheap board clears have gotten and how aggressive the meta is, it would be fine. and i know it wouldnt bring back embiggen but god i miss when embiggen was tier 1 wild playable…
