3-5 times a day my moms pixel 5 touchscreen is unresponsive for a few seconds. Any idea why?

My UI of pixel 4 is crashed and it’s not working, even after force restart, I am not able to unlock, because the UI screen is not taking any input (touch screen for the PIN). How to fix this? Any help?

@@Onagoid after few days of keeping idle, it started working. It showed the same issue again, and after some days keeping it idle, started working again
