I got same problem, except when I bypass with the jumper pin, only clicks on all buttons, no movement?

Check for proper power getting to the plow contacts. If you're getting the signal up to the plow it's likely the main solenoid (larger round one if there is one) on the plow. Or one of the small solenoids/contacts..
