Mine is blocked in safe mode, i tried everything, every step, clear cache, build database, update from internet, USB and even so I couldn’t go further with the installation. when i try from USB stick, it goes back instantly to something went wrong and it shuts down. What can it be? 🤔

I'm having this problem when I try to watch Cloverfield on my PS5. I bought it a few years ago when the store was still up and I watched the first 40 mins the other night. Tried to keep watching through but every time I try it says "something went wrong try again later" and it's only for this movie. Everything else works. I cleared my cache and that didn't help. Gonna have to contact support. Can't find anything online about this problem

When trying to install any game it says “can’t install”. After hitting on resume it’ll download for a bit then stop and say the same thing. Was happening with ufc 4 then I reset the whole system to factory. & not I’m trying to install MW2 (disc) and it’s saying the same thing “can’t install”. I don't understand it for example Resident Evil village PS5 version doesn't work it comes up with an air code and I can either report it or not and no matter what i do nothing works But the ps4 version works on my ps5 so i can at least play it this is the 5th game this has happened with since 2020 most ps5 games have worked but i always have a sick feeling when buting ps5 games thinkng i may have this problem and if the game is not made on ps4 i have to play it on my Xbox series S Gotham Knights didn't work ps5 version on my ps5 so i played it on Xbox i even called Sony and they dont kniw why i have this problem i have looked for tons of vedio's like this one and nothing works honestly if they make a slim ps5 i am getting rid of this one and getting a New ps5 and just hope i never have this problem again.

I came looking here and did this and apparently PlayStation is just doing server maintenance 😂 I was getting mad I couldn’t play any game online

Ok so basically it says step 1. Make sure the game is not installed and the disc is not in the disc drive Step 2. Go to network setting n disable ur internet connection Step 3. Now insert disc n install the game. Step 4. Once installed go back n turn ur network/internet back on under network settings. Then hit the option button on the game app itself and select check for update, it should load for 1 to 3 mins. Then the new update will be re added to ur downloads. Someone I talked to said this was the work around for 6 of his EA games. Like i stated i have work if some gets. A chance to do this please let me know how you make out. It seems like this might b the fix EA apparently is pushing back but they cannot stop cross gen yet. U might not b able to play with ps4 users tho of ur on a ps5 that's another gripe of thiers. But this should allow us to play r games again. I have digital Verizon so. I plan to delete mine off ps5 n reinstall with no internet, in the steps instated. It seems the update gives issues to users who r transferrin, their games. EA cant back out right now they can only fight it they specifically announced in 2021 it would b no up charge to cross over the ps4 version to the ps5 now they trying to take their word back fuxk that give it a try i hope it work if it does not I will keep digging till I have the solution but lime i said this fixed siz games for someone already. If nothing else works, your account might be corrupted try making a new account that should work and if you have PlayStation, plus you can always get a refund then put that PlayStation plus on your new account
