Spyro Reignited Trilogy uses Unreal Engine 4, and as such the game has shader compilation stutters. This should fix/alleviate those stutters you're seeing as the game will now precompile them on load instead of during gameplay. I would also look into trying this on other UE4 games to see if that fixes stuttering as well.
