How to Fix Suction Issues with Your BISSELL® Pet Hair Eraser® Turbo Vacuum 

The above suggestions did not improve the vacuum. I'm not buying this again. Even after doing all of the above, the vacuum is incapable of lifting confetti off the floor.

Bissell, you are amazing!!!! I loved my Pet Hair Eraser Turbo vaccuum and I was so sad when its performance started to decline. I thought it was broken or something, but this video helped me to fix the problem by myself! No Repair Fees! Thank you!!!!! :) I was looking for a Carpet Cleaner... but from now on, I've made my choice! ;-)

I have had the Pet Hair Eraser Lift-Off vacuum since 2020 and I love it! However, yesterday I was using the wand to sweep under a tall armoire in an upstairs bathroom. All of a sudden, it made a noise, such as you would hear if it picked up something and the hose was blocked. I looked in both hoses and everything was clear. What I failed to look at was the actual end of the wand. Finally, when I looked at the wand, itself, I saw that the cap, off a tube of hand lotion, had got sucked up by the wand and was blocking the airway to the hose. A broom handle was too thick to poke thru the wand to get the cap out so I ended up using a tension, curtain rod! (Don’t laugh, it worked!) Now my vacuum is working again! Did I mention how much I love this vacuum?

Thanks very much. I was able to clean out the lower vacuum tube and it's working perfectly. I thought I'd have to junk it and buy a different brand. Very good info on clearing the lower tube. Thanks. Well done.

There is something inside the handle on mine, I cant put a broom handle in and see it in the bend like shown in the video. Its there from the factory, and because the habdle is riveted, I cant take it apart. Vaccum wont work with it as is
