These procedures will work on ANY small engine but since this is a HONDA snowblower channel posting here for anyone and members of my Facebook Group HONDA SNOWBLOWER ENTHUSIASTS with 3400 members Worldwide.
This problem is common at beginning of the season after a long layoff. If your machine was running right at end of last winter this may be a fairly simple fix. In some cases you may have to do an Inframe cleaning of carburetor or remove it in most severe cases.
