@@stephanyjohanamaldonado567 i just had the same thing happen to me now. its unresponsive now it workkkeddd just insert the earphone thingy and then the screen will open asking for the song to play then press the button for restart oh i am so glad it worked

If screen is black force a restart holdown power button along with volume down
