Sir, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. This happened to me after the update for this new wipe. When loading in, it would not only crash Tarkov, but crash discord and other applications that are open. I was getting so bummed out I would have to restart my PC EVERY time I wanted to do a raid. You are a lifesaver.

2 years later and your still a lifesaver. Was really regretting buying the game because it wasn’t playable. I was looking everywhere to find a way to fix it and I finally found this video. A few simple steps and it was fixed. Thanks brother

Till this day this man has done more to fix tarkov then the actual devs

So I have tried everything at this point, from getting a higher end gpu, to reapplying thermal paste, to troubleshooting and modifying things for hours. I truly hope this works for me. Tarkov is my favorite game but since 12.6 it has been unbearable with the crashes. I pretty much got to level 16 on just factory.

Thank you for the video, haven't played the game in a while but wanted to try again. I already did this for Post Scriptum and it fixed my problems, but I only set it to 12000 mb. Maybe setting it all the way to 16000 will fix this. I will edit this to tell people if it still might work for patch .13, and to give you a proper thank you. still crashing, making it further into the loading but is still bluescreening.

WOW THANKS MAN ! this actually worked for me ! I had no problems on other maps.. Then yesterday i wanted to try out the new map Streets of Tarkov and always around 60-70% loading into the Raid the game crashed and my PC shut down and restarted the System ! 👍👍👍👍

Thank you so much man. I was able to do a scav run on factory and immediately after my game crashed when i tried to go in with my PMC. This worked perfectly, and I'll make sure it works for every location as well.

Do you know about the "Unity crash handler 64?" I get this crash every single raid i play sometimes even 2 or 3 times a raid and have to keep reloading back in. It makes me not want to play the game anymore this has been going on for months.

I have done everything you have told me; but the game persists on crashing whenever I load into any map other than factory. I have not played EFT in about 2 years now and when I got back and started noticing the problem I looked for any video to help me and while this video did help me for a tiny while the crashes started happening again. I was just wondering if there’s anything else I could do bc you seem like you know what you’re talking about (I am no pc expert).

Didn’t work bro do you know of any other reasons as to why I can’t play anything other than factory? I have a 9700k with a 3070ti with 16 gigs of ram on a ssd so it’s not like I can’t run these maps

So my game crashes when it says "awaiting session start", my virtual memory is at 16gb and it still crashes. Not sure what to do as I have the same problem as you, not finding anything on the internet to help :/

I havent tried if this helped but i will come back and edit this comment but my problem is that i tried loading into a raid and then when i loaded in successfully.... it was just a blackscreen but i could hear my character move but i couldnt see anything edit: it didnt work for me but it might do for you guys

So this worked and fixed my issue, but with the update that happened today. I’ve gotten the “report error.” Message. I even got “deploying in.” Count down timer and then when I tried to load in and kicked me out

My game always disconnects at creating loot pool. ALWAYS on shoreline. I just get "server connection lost." And get sent back to the lobby Sometimes on other maps too. This does not seem to have helped though im not sure ive done it right either. Any ideas??

I had this problem out of nowhere and the fix I found was updating my graphics drivers and bam back to normal! No more connection lost/ game aborted bs!

what if I only have 1 SSD with my Windows on it and Tarkov on a seperate HDD ? should I set both of them to 16000 MB or just managed by system??? also should I set the same value for any other hard drives/recovery drives that I have or just leave them on "no paging file"?
