THIS IS HOW I MADE IT WORK. I restarted, verified the license, quit the game reloaded again and again, nothing seemed to work. The problem was I had the disc version of the game that was EU region and my PS account is US region and i bought the DLC from there. The DLC got installed separately, in order to make it work i had to buy the main game from my US account again (60$) I was so sad that I had to play the game again in order to get my character ready and go to the DLC. Luckily there is an in game option where the game can convert your PS4 progress to PS5 progress. I bought the game, downloaded it and the DLC is accessible with all my progress from the disc version of PS4 which i transferred to PS5 manually when i shifted to PS5. I just got it working and came here to comment to help people out, as i was struggling with it from 20 hrs and people were asking if the progress will carry cross region or not etc. All in all, the DLC costed me 100$. But atleast i can play it now, all is well that ends well. Hope this helps someone.

Got all the requirements for the dlc, downloaded the dlc and the update. Still can’t get in. Fuck I was so excited for today

If you’re on ps5 and you see the loading cutscenes but it’s not starting. The problem might be you’ve bought your Elden ring copy from somewhere not in the USA. I bought mine on Amazon and I’m returning it rn.

If you still have issues, be sure that you have downloaded the DLC. I bought it on PS5 2 days before launch, and it didn't download automatically when i turn on the console the day after the release of the DLC. I just got it to work now 😅🎉

Everyone. Check if you really downloaded the dlc or just the other bonuses like gestures and such. They download separately .

My Elden Ring on PS5 is completely busted! Downloaded and Installed the DLC, I hop on the game and I’m in Limgrave. I think, damn am I supposed to fast travel to Mogh? Open the map… none of my Sight of Grace past Limgrave show up 🤔 I’ve restarted the PS5. Deleted ER and reinstalled it, still nothing. I’m currently trying to boot into Safe Mode… that’s not even working. This shit so frustrating, I need to take a break and comeback later.

I'm on PC and I was having the issue where the game wouldn't even recognize that I had the DLC installed. The only way I was able to fix it was to reinstall the entire game.

Those did not work for me on ps5. I killed Radahn and Mohg. But nothing happens. I restored license and restarted many times but nothing.

If you can’t access DLC try going to Elden ring in your game library, press start for a option list and choose manage game u might not have it downloaded yet

reedemed a voucher code for the dlc and my whole system isn’t showing anything anywhere that I even bought the damn thing, nothing is working

I had an even bigger problem. I lived in the US when i got elden ring but now live in the uk. didn't cross my mind until its too late and got the dlc with my brittish account. And now its too late to ger a refund until monday. Then i had to trick the playstation network into accepting my British address on my US account to buy it again. And then i ran into this problem. 2 hours later i can finally play

Another thing is to make sure the dlc is installed. I swear I had installed it already but after restarting my console I checked on a whim and it hadn’t installed…. don’t know what my dumb ass installed back then but well, hopefully it works now after it installs 😂

Lmao you were right about NG+ not bothering to fight Radahn. Cool fight though so happy to do it again! It fixed my issue.

I have done everything to finally play my DLC, but as soon as I touch the hand... I get stuck on a never-ending loading screen that's stuck at 10% (I think) 😤 I cannot even reload this particular characters file because it is locked into the DLC now 🤦🏻‍♂️ So frustrating! Edit #1: Currently waiting and praying on this "loading screen", its been 20-ish minutes so far

Ps5 owner here. I was having this issue untill i realized that I had to buy the dlc and enter the voucher code that came with the physical media ! The dlc does not activates automatically for the physical copy !

I got the dlc played it, did a ng+ cause I could get runes and now the lady isn't there

For whoever is having issues accessing the DLC, after defeating Mohg close Elden Ring and reopen it should solve your problem

I waiting 10 minutes in loading and then reset my game but when I opened it again I couldn’t load that save again, level 350, 300+ hours 😢

Words of experience… if you pre-ordered and can’t access the dlc then go back into your game menu and double check that it actually installed.

I'm so bummed. I purchased the ps5 UK disc on Amazon months ago without realizing the dlc wouldn't be compatible with my US account. Region locked. I wish there was a fix so I don't have to purchase the US base game in order to play.

Doesn't see to work through modengine2. When i loaded clean through steam it works and the NPC appeared

I accidently downloaded Ps5 version of the DLC when my Elden ring disc is Ps4 version so I had to go download the Ps4 version of the DLC. I hope this helps someone

I have the base game from EU, when i ordered in amazon it comes in that región, and in my Playstation store the only version is the USA version. If you have the base game from a different region that could be the issue, I think this is the issue, im really mad an want my refund, maybe if you known a solution please let me know.
