Here is a tutorial to fix the character sliding in Skyrim Together aka Skyrim Multiplayer. Hopefully this was helpful. studioofgreatness, who I mentioned at the end of the video is a good friend of mine an helped me greatly with this tutorial.

dude im sorry to bother you, but i cant get this working to save my life. After failing on my modded set-up, i deleted everything to start fresh. All i have installed are: A-DPX MCO with all its dependents running its out of the box custom animations. (confirmed working) Skyrim Together Reborn (functioning as intended when i dont have A- DPX MCO installed) as well as the 3 patch files you link here (installed in the exact same way you have them installed here) can you, or any viewer here think of anything i may have done wrong without realizing it? UPDATE: For me, the problem was that i needed to go into nemesis and activate the new patch file called "STR Humanoid (Website here but youtube wont let me write it)"
