Thanks very much for posting this! As you said, there's nothing to fix really. I took a Nord apart with the TP100 action, greased it, and a few months later the noise came back, so it's a waste of time. But if there was a problem with the rubber parts that cover the contacts, causing dead notes or full velocity notes, disassembly would be necessary, unfortunately. What would make the job a lot easier I believe would be if the front metal rail could be removed separately, because then the keys could be removed without disconnecting the keybed from the metal chassis.
@@jjptech Understandably, one solid metal base piece gives structural integrity and less possibility of vibrations. But if I ever have to take apart my Numa X Piano 73 and want to keep it, I'd slice off the front and find a way to reattach it for easy removal. Nord's implementation of the TP100 keybed is poor compared to the way other manufacturers do it. Arturia does it well for instance, but Nord/Clavia compromises noise damping to make their instruments lighter.
