How to FIX Unable to Activate iPhone | NO JAILBREAK 

If your SIM wasn't working & it told you that you had to update software for Cellular to work again, you may be stuck at this step with your SIM still not working. This is a workaround for this "Unable to Activate" Error on iPhone. Your SIM will also start working again.
If you get "Press home to recover" and you home button does not work, flash using iTunes then quick flash using 3uTools. After flashing, turn on Assistive Touch from Accessibility Options in 3uTools' Toolbox Tab :)
