I already used it but I took it off cause I saw one friend on my app to pay, I wanted to use it again but also remove it after I don’t understand, I used it and have a tiny bal , it keeps saying it’s the wrong expiration date
Hi! In my Wallet application, when i click add a card, a window appears with the message ,,contact your card issuer for more information. I click on the add Apple Pay button in the app and it takes me back to the Wallet. And so in a circle and the map is not added. How can i fix that? And is not the region..i tried all of this but it still not working😪
I had switched phones and loaded my iCloud backup. My Apple Card wouldn’t connect to my apple wallet. I signed out of my Apple ID and signed back in. It worked. Make sure the iCloud wallet is on. Thank you.
@@ohhisomemaa8932 They told me is them, that is something that they haven’t been able to fix. I downloaded (stupidest move) a Beta iOS. They had to wipe my phone and the last backups were with the Beta. Regions Bank doesn’t work once something like that happens. I may have to ask for a new card 😢
If anything described in the video works for you(like it was for me) go to settings and find an option to reset all settings. After I did that I was able to add card to wallet.
UNUSUAL WAY TO FIX IT HERE: I kept getting rejected for adding my Credit Card on my brand new iPhone (still had it working on my old iPhone). So I signed out of iCloud, signed back in and it would keep giving me errors. I changed my Region from USA to Vatican City & rebooted, changed it back to USA. After about 10 minutes, I was able to enter in the Credit card information but it kept rejecting. I noticed when it popped up the User agreement it was actually from the Credit Card Company (not Apple) rather than just clicking Agree, I scrolled down to the bottom of the agreement (as if I read it) then clicked AGREE, then it worked perfectly. Hope this helps someone.
@@Person82637 Whenever you see an agreement (which no one ever reads, they usually just skip it) don’t skip it, don’t accept it until you scroll all the way down to the bottom, as if you read it, then click agree). This is a Pass-Thru agreement from you r credit card company (even though it looks like it’s from Apple). Hope that helps.
Signing out of your ICloud is not a fix to the problem of not being able to add one card. It creates a whole lot more problems as you would then have to manually re-add all your cards to wallet. Anyone found a less disruptive solution?
