(I don't know a lot about computers sorry) basically your just deleting the driver and then reinstalling it, and it works every time, idk how to fix it permanently but that's all I can give you for now to help
I had this problem where my bluetooth would pick up the DS4, but when i tried to play a game it would be laggy, not register inputs, etc. The solution for me was finding the bluetooth antenna that came with my PC/Motherboard. It has two coaxial connections, plugged them into the back of my PC, and now I can play from my mailbox. Hope this helps.
i have a different problem. I want to play with my controller on my pc but when plug it in it charges the controller but i want to be able to play with the controller what do i do ?
the problem is i cant seem to identify which one's the controller's (usb composite device) cause there's no warning design and its still not working........
ps4 controller was working fine a couple days ago but now it doesn’t do anything even when it shows it’s connected and the light is flashing and it even gets turned off by itself a couple seconds later of not working. I also went to device manager to check the problem and there is always a yellow symbol on bluetooth hid device even if I troubleshoot it the yellow symbols appears again and shows that it cant start. I dont know what happened suddenly please help.
can u plz help me, everything is exactly as you say in the video, except for when i hit window + x, i goto device manager but i dont have the same option as you, the one with a warning, it does not show up so what am i supposed to do?
the problem is not that, the problem is that it is not connecting anymore, it just keep charging instead of connecting, and the usb don't appear in the device manager, before that it was working fine, but then when i tried using it again, it keeps charging instead of working, know any fix for that?

hey there!!! i went to universal serial bus controllers and didn't have/see the yellow thing. i disconnected it and nothing changed any tips ? my controller when i plug it into my pc doesn't turn on i have to hold the xbox controller middle button and after i did that ,it blinks'.
I don't have a usb problem. My controller lights up (yellow to show its charging) and it'll be charging for countless hours and still wont have "battery". It works fine on the playstation, just wont work on my pc.
my controller does charging, but it still wont show up, even in the device manager i don't see anything wrong in the Universal serial bus controller, can you or anyone else help? pleaseee
@@malina7179 i'm using bluetooth connection and it works, but i have to "forget" the controller everytime i want to use it again. Still have no solution with the normal usb thing. But at least it works now, hopefully yours works the same.
When I plug in my PS4 controller, it shines orange, then it slowly fades out. It won't connect. Does anyone have a solution? I tried what you said in the video, and it is a fantastic way of doing it, but it didn't work out for me, unfortunately
P.S. thats what I did and it worked so maybe your port just stopped working or stopped functioning for the PS4 controller specifically like it got tired of it
@@TeeKeeps nah, it doesn't do it anymore, most people use front ports do to easy access and the drivers fail a lot, and re downloading them works every time usually, I made the video for people with struggle bus pcs and have no idea how to fix it, its a quick fix but not permanent
@@TeeKeeps lol this exactly. Tried plugging it into my right side front port again and again, didn't work. Unplugged it, put it in the left side port with a blue tab inside, the device installed.
either factory reset controller, there's a way on ps4 controllers, or the game probably doesnt support controllers, i play valorant and it doesnt at all so
I have problem that I connect my ds4 to pc and it recognize it and ds for Windows recognize controller but in game it's not working. Worked normally until today. Connected to phone and game s are working
@@Smoothzz1 so for me it went away when I made a patched version of windows and then deleted the patched version it just randomly stopped happening, but I wouldn't do that lmao, I just basically kept doing it every time I got on
I have the same problem but my usb composite device didn’t have that warning sign on it but my controller won’t work on fortnite anymore, I have a brand new pc too, how do I know which usb composite device my controller is connected too?
I have the same problem with my nanco ps4 controller, but when i uninstall and plug and uninstall, the error is the same... Maybe Windows10 is the problem ?
Yo that happened to me but i fixed it, basically do what he does, but plug it back in in a different usb port, try the ones at the back,the ones at the front didn't work for me, but when i found one at the back it worked.
my controller disconnects and reconnects making that windows noise, and it turns on with a red light then turns off continuously and its driving me crazy and then it says USB device not recognized
sounds like the cord isnt staying connected in the controller and each tim eit plugs back in you have to reset the usb again, so invest into a new usb cord, the teeth that hold it in are probably pushed in
mine has issue but it dosent show any usb composite device warnings do u mind replying and tellng me the fix. i have a wager in fortnite for 200$ and i just switched to pc please and thank you :D

Ok so does yours register as a audio, because I just got new pc along with ps4 controller and when I plug in it shows up under audio and not where kbm is
@@Bankrollkey it will blink orange when charging, if it wont connect change usb ports or get better cord, and yes you can technically use the ps4 controller as a speaker because of the speaker on the inside

didnt help at ll its already charging for me but its not recognized at all when i plug it in or out. if i unplug the mouse it makes a sound and a difference, but when i unplug the usb connected to the controller nothing happens
