How To Fix Water Damage - Full Ideas.
Water inflow is quite difficult to fix for phone faulty. Some repairers deem that it cannot be repaired thus lost customers, or replacing some parts without testing systematically and consequently fail to fix the faulty.

Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "industrial repair service tempe az" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Excellent again. 1. What kind of power cables do you use? 2. Was it only by LUCK that you checked cappacitors around the charging IC? Or what vital ICs surroundings is it necessary to check( cappacitors there). It is not "convenient" to check ALL cappacitors on mainboard. Thanks for our reply

1. You mean the DC power supply? Any DC power will do, such as this one: www.cinomall.com/products/dc-power-supply 2. We have cleaned all the erosive parts and the problem remains, plus the phone faulty is auto-restarting, and both the power supply module and the LCD power supply IC are OK, so the only possibility is charging IC. Please check the fix ideas on the video: 4:00

6:40 I don't understand. When you test diode end capacitor is 0 Ohm and 0V. Change IC and this value a same. And do you have film with use diode test?

Hello. Is there any chance for a DIY like this with simple tools?! I just want to check my phone because it's a huawei y8p and it got submerged in water recently... But it took me less than a second to pull it out of the water. I switched it off and submerged it in rice. It's working fine now, but I'm just paranoid if it might still have water inside.... I wanna disassemble it just to check but I don't know how.... I wanna learn how to do it myself so i won't need to pay for repairs at a service center. 👀 thanks. 😔✊

Hello - Great piece of work! The details that you provided is amazing. My Huawei Mate9 phone got water damaged recently. If I press and hold the power button for few seconds a red light comes on and the phone vibrates slightly, and that's about it and nothing happens after that. Great video ! By the way, I have Huawei P20 Pro which accidentally drop it to water. After several weeks, the phone work, then the speaker, earpiece and microphone not working. I need to restart to make speaker, earpiece and microphone work again, then after several hours, they stop working again and sometimes phone reboot randomly. Then after a several weeks more, the speaker permanently stop working, the only working are earpiece and microphone and the other problems like I need to restart to make the microphone and earpiece working and reboot randomly are still remains. So, my question is, what the faulty components in my phone, it's on main board or speaker ?

Hello sir can I get a quick answer my phone does the same that you showed before after water damaged is it fine as I dried it out ND my phone got hot and after that I kept it in rice so my question is will it work fine after 48 hrs? Or my phone will damage like idk how will it turn on like the water is out and don't understand like idk? Will my method work!??

Hello.. Happy to see this video.. I hope if you could help me with my honor 8x.. It had water damage .. It doesn't show anyting on screen.. And keeps vibrating (that vibrate you have when you turn on the phone) every 5 to 7 sec till the battery gets empty... Had tried 2 screens and a battery At the services center and still the same..the led indicator flashes red there time when battery out but showing nothing when plug the Cable. waiting for your help Thanks

Hi, I badly need your help, I have a oneplus 6 and accidentally drop it to water I dry and and now, it keeps restarting, I'm not really sure whats the problem, I can access the recovery and bootloader and it never reboot, but when I try to start the OS it keeps rebooting and sometimes stop in the boot logo, I have tried the unbrick tool already but same thing, I cannot even unlock bootloader since OEM Unlock not enable. your response is really appreciated

It may be outer pars short circuit, such as camera, audio, sensor I2C circuit, etc., which leads to system reset and cannot be started

1. The exact normal value you mentioned is grasped by very limited experienced repair personnels. Even these people can't give you the precise answers sometimes, they get the numbers from diagrams, you can try to get the diagrams from some softwares that your local repair market tend to use 2. Simply. Google them and you can see they differs from the outside look

Motherboard issue. If it can read SIM card, then some large-power PA, electronic switch or electronic switch power supply has been faulty. If it cannot read SIM card, then the baseband or baseband power supply has been faulty

Dear sir why mobile motherboard corrosion without water contact ? Mobile display blank if I go outside sunlight ☀️ low brightness then can receive call and read msg with low brightness. Switch of try same can’t adjust brightness , I visit service Center they told need to change display because water damage corrosion after change display still same . Now they are telling need to change motherboard but there is no water contacted to mobile ? Is it any other reason heat or loose connection lead to corrosion?

Moist oxygen and electroly inside also cause corrosion. BTW, we recommend you to go to non-official or non-authorized repair shop to see if they can get the phone tested. Service Center...
