After removing the usb drive with windows and turning on the computer do i need to put the usb drive back in?

Thanks man, I have this issue ,,just moment,, stucking, I solved it by first connect Ethernet cable , then press the button hard to shutdown, after rebooting it shows updating some files then works fine,,hope this helps people,,

For it says just a moment ask me to put in my region key board and time zone says just a moment then repeats it again ask me to the same thing over and over how can I fix this?

If you cannot do anything else, you can try this: Boot into Safe Mode with F8 : 1. Shut down your computer (keep On/Off-button down many seconds) until the screen is black 2. Wait couple of seconds and Restart your computer (hit once On/Off-button) 3. As soon as your computer starts to boot, press SIMULTANEOUSLY the F8 key repeatedly MANY TIMES before the Windows logo appears. 4. You will be shown boot options: 5. Select: "Reset Computer to Factory settings" (or similar) 6. Wait and when Win10 is installed, do manually the needed settings!
