If you have a low end pc then disable vsync and keep antianalising at 2x. i hope it worked for you

Hey @@sabihafatima3592 , In Game's main menu, click Options and then Graphics settings. You would see Vsync and MSAA (which is Anti-Aliasing) options there. Hope it helps :)
