That's not how you remove or replace the water reservoir. Read the instructions.

@@charlesalexander4620 - I put a garden hose gasket on the water tank. That seems to have worked. I don’t think the rubber gasket down inside the base unit stays high enough.

Mine isnt pulling water from the resevoir. Just makes ugly noises
