To solve this issue i done diagnostic restart, Then this happen "Your pin isnt available Then i tried my ms account passward to to login but says its incorrect... Don shift+restart ..in recovery every option asking my ms account passward but even typing correct passward it say incorrect... What should i do??? Will you help other than reinstall window???

Microsoft patched this loophole. You will still need a password to get into command prompt.
