Gorgeous results!! I have fine hair so I love the thickness I get when I stretch my relaxers. However, I workout about 4 - 5 days a week so I can only stretch to 13 wks. I would love to stretch longer but it's too difficult to manage my new growth while working out. I do not use direct heat on my hair. I roller set and then wrap it. It would be great if you can provide some tips on stretching and working out.

What temp is the flat iron u use. I have a chi flat with a dial of410 I use 360 but I may use 410 as I get to the end of my stretches of relax
