With properties being built in the area, I would hold on to it to see where the market goes. Maybe hold it a while as a short-term rental so you can get the maximum income while you’re watching the market to see where it goes. Awesome work, as always! 👏🏽
I just dread auction properties being site unseen without being able to determine the work needed. Would you recommend running numbers typical as cosmetic/mild rehab and sqft? I have came across a few deals even if repairs came out to be more $20-30k I still have meat on the bone to wholesale but I’m just hesitant due to not knowing the condition or having a insight.
Do you think it’s profitable to go to country steps and buy a house off county steps? Foreclosed due to unpaid property taxes? I’d pay you to help me. I want to get one in August.
