How to Flush a Rheem Tankless Water Heater 

You forgot to mention to unplug the Rheem unit before starting.

Edit this to include unplugging the unit before you cause someone to destroy their unit!

This is useless. Flush will not flow through the unit due to an internal bypass valve. Rheem doesn’t tell you that.

These instrucions are more worthless than the paper (or video it is printed on). I called tech support several times, never could get mine to properly flush always just a trickle. If these manufactueres just had a flush mode (literally a button) that opened up all the required valves that would be wonderful. Most of the "good" information that is NOT in this video comes from calling them. I'm done with Rheem! Mine is 1 year old and is already leaking. Folks spend the extra money and get a higher end tankless.
