When placing the straps to the waistband are you placing them outside of the 3 notches ?

Thank you for this! I was having problems sewing on the waistband to the bodice...the instructions in the pdf weren't very clear

Sorry only saw this now - if you watch on a computer/lap top you can press the settings button on bottom right side of the video and change the playback speed to slow the video down to real time.
