While watching the video and while listening to your solutions, again and again the concept and benefits of Salah(Namaz) came to my mind. like: 1. During Salah, we are adviced not to multitask but follow a specific set of instructions and movements (Not just multitask physically but also mentally we are forced to not think about anything else) 2. Focus on + = During Namaz, We are told to focus on particular areas and not shift our eyesight anywhere else. 3. 2nd stimulus = This one is AMAZING! During standing position in Namaz, our focus is like a panaromic view. during Rukuh, the focus gets less than what was in standing position finally in Sajdah, Our focus is narrowed down to just between your nose and prayer mat Wallahi, If someone could explain these more openly. I'm 110% sure Islam is way ahead of our thinking abilities!
Absolutely 💯 %, no doubt! Note that humans learn better Experientially. This helps cement Faith further, when the logical mind is also appealed to. In fact, The Holy Quraan exorts us to use the logical mind , Systematically,; Faith is fortified by logical Understanding, But is of a Higher level of comprehension

I've ADHD and my son too has the same issue. However I am also a person with analytical power. I am a Muslim and I found a method of focussing. When I stand to pray i focus on one spot while standing and reciting the surahs. This helps me to completely focus on my prayers. This is the best method of meditation considering one also does a bit of exercise.
Don't you think so, its too many and much for Focus? Who can remind and remember all these processes and apply, gets results and impact and evolve this process with time? For example: I have read hundreds of Communication books, attended workshops, seminars etc. and all were wasted. Some says of 3Ps, 7Cs, 9 Rs, 101 ways, 48 methods, 20 principles and bllah bllah bllah..... These methods are not practical and result oriented in real life. Real Life requires something else that's beyond these rules and regulations, principles, methods, 7Cs, 5 Ps and bllah bllah...... To me: Focus = Priority !!!! Period!!!

I am listening surah Rahman every . Amazing fact is that surah rahman is approx 17 min in length. More Amazing is that it has metaculios effect for your illness

Sir I did reki level 1 and 2 from Dr. Moiz and he taught us a few exercises to correct our breathing pattern. There were two main things. One to sit in a calm and quiet room where you can listen only clicking the clock and secondly to breath using the tummy like infants. With one tick of clock breath in and with other breath out. I did it for some time and it brought surprisingly amazing calmness in my life. But then alhamdulillah I became practicing Muslim but it took me away from the mind sciences field. I know it me who couldn't relate these two things but main reason is our religious scholars who thinks it's prohibited in our Deen. I m very found of learning hypnosis, awakening kundlini, Silva, mastering reiki healing etc but now unfortunately no time for it.

After watching all the videos i came here to exclude that mostly the practices that are mentioned are ethically on the points of Quran and Sunnah because Quran informs us mostly about Ethics hence Anything associated to Islam is beneficiary everything good thing has benifit and led us towards Islam and Seerat Un Nabwi like moral ethics mentioned in mostly videos
Sir i do practice the enteroception but my mind doesn't enjoy it he compel me to consistent thinking not let me to focus on my breath and if i wants to do focus at my prayer same occurs i just wants to think please help me in it
i wanna ask if candle gazing or dot gazing is good or not i have done it back in my teen age and i think it was too good i am doing it again now in 31 but cant get the result i had back in the days
@@EngineeringTimes fact regarding our,"we human being" span of attention that is as we in general think we can focus ourshelves to a particular subject for a significant interval of time but infact our span of attention is hardly in orders of seconds only. We get distracted very frequently whether we notice it or not but it happens the way our span of attention remains very very small even for a strongly cool and calm person.

I just wanted to share my experience. Back in 2018-2020 i was 12-14 years old. I used to watch these kind of videos & whatever the host says i was able to imagine. But for the last 1-2 years excessive use of Mobile phone & especially living in future. I mean wherever I'm i always think about the future if i do this then this will happen etc. Because of all these stuff when Takhti's hosts said to imagine plus sign i tried for 2-3 minute & wallahi i was unable to imagine it. That's moment of weekness for me. I think now i should leave all this digital filth which is destroying my mind because next few decades will be for those who are attentive.
