Anbhishekji, actually star contactor will pick up first. Then star NO and Main NO should in parallel. After pick up of star main contactor will pick up.

Agar hum motor ko Delta mein na kare to motor apni full Capacity par nahi chal payegi.. qki motor ko full voltage star mein nahi Delta mein milta hai.

Janha aapne sir ∆ NC use kiya hai vanha pahle ham timer ka NC use karenge usake neeche ∆ NC *Because* Timer ke NC output se hi to supply hm ∆ ke NC mai denge

Make video on HT motors also started on DOL via breaker how to over come starting current limitation....in power plant all drives HT started on direct on line by vcb,vcu,acb how it possible as per standard 5kw above they are suggested not use dol even ,BFP also started on dol via vcb

Pramod, we want to close contactor one at a time. We don't want to energize both star and Delta simultaneously. For this reason we put NC of star in series with Delta and vice versa.

जब timer का contact चेंज होगा तो satar contactor ऑफ हो जाएगा तो उसका contact जो आपने डेल्टा मे NC लिया है वो भी चेंज हो जाएगा इसलिए circuit डेल्टा का कम्पलीट नहीं होगा

NC never become NO, it will open and NO never becomes NC it will be closes when contactor or timer energises

Sir your wiring is not proper because first the star contactor will pick up then main contactor pick up by star contactor no contact than use by timer star contactor will give up and delta contactor will pick by set the time in timer by time no contact .....
