Hello, Joy. After watching your videos, I found that this video was a way to go in coming up with my company. But I have a problem since the UK companies does not have EIN nor UK government does offer EIN. They offer UTR, so am not able to have EIN. Based on my research, EIN and UTR are not same, they are different, EIN has 9digits whereas UTR has 10digits. I really want UK company, help us way out on getting EIN or other ways we can have what is based on your videos in relation to having UK company. Thank you!
UK and US companies are different. If you want EIN Number, you'll have to form a US Company and the guide to do that is on the channel. Unfortunately, US companies are not cheaper to create like UK companies.
So meaning, if I get UK company I will not have mercury bank. Look for us alternative of mercury in UK. Hope when I form UK company, it will solve Ecommerce issue for non American residents and other online issues
@@AlexenLossy Mercury bank needs to be registered using a US Company. For your question, what I did was to make a video on forming a UK company, you'll have to figure out if it will be beneficial for what you want to use it for.

No, but you can use your address where you live by choosing your country and entering your address. The UK govt. may send you your company formation letter via mail to the address on file.
I used PayPal to make the payment. If you have a PayPal account, you can link the card to PayPal and pay with it or try with a another card or dollar card.

Unique Tax Reference ( UTR ) number (this will be sent to you days after your company is formed - you can also register for VAT of the UTR isn’t available yet). But please note, you don’t need VAT before you can complete any online application.. you can complete your application without it on majority of platforms. If you have any more questions on VAT, a google search will help more or the UK Gov. website.
