Welcome to Yeser Chemicals International! In this video, Grace will guide you through the process of formulating a high-foaming dishwashing soap using Yeser Chemicals ingredients. This formulation is perfect for high-quality commercial liquid dishwashing soap manufacturing catering to markets where consumers wash dishes by hand.
Ingredients Used:
EDTA Disodium: Enhances cleaning efficiency by binding to metal ions.
Caustic Soda (Sodium Hydroxide): Acts as a pH neutralizer.
SLES 70%: Mild surfactant with excellent foaming, wetting, and cleaning properties.
LABSA 96%: Offers great foaming and biodegradability.
CDEA: Provides excellent thickening and foaming properties.
CAO 30%: Excellent solubility and compatibility with other surfactants.
MIT: Preservative.
Sodium Chloride: Used as a thickener.
Lemon Yellow Color: For a vibrant appearance.
Lemon Scent: For a pleasant fragrance.
Step-by-Step Process:
Preparation: Weigh and mix deionized water with EDTA Disodium.
Neutralization: Add and dissolve caustic soda.
Surfactants: Gradually add LABSA, SLES, CAO, and CDEA, mixing well after each addition.
Preservative and Fragrance: Add MIT and lemon scent.
Viscosity: Add sodium chloride to achieve the desired consistency.
Color: Add lemon yellow dye for a bright, appealing look.
Testing the Soap:
Apply the finished dishwashing soap on a sponge and wash two plates.
Observe the rich foam and effective cleaning performance.
Notice the gentle feel on the skin due to the mild surfactants used.

Sarcosinates 10%, 0.3/0.4% glda or mgda, 10% glucamide to thicken and foam booster 0.2 eudermic urea and sodium benzoate additional preservative glda helps to preserve alcohol 3% color and perfume

STPP can be used as a chelating agent for detergents, and a cost-effective one. However, STPP is more effective in alkaline conditions. However, dishwashing soaps are commonly slightly acidic for skin-friendliness. In addition, STPP can lead to eutrophication. It's banned in many regions.
