@@bongit4204 welcome. Glad to help. For me its okay to use sunflower seed as all my birds are free flight birds. I only give them that during training seasion only. Other than that, no. Only for training purposes. Their daily meal is basically fruits veges and pellet. For amount depends only you reward system. It all depends on you birds. Some birds do not like sun flower seed. Their motivation more to others. But most of parrot love it. So i use it only to. Motivate them to participate in the training.

Honestly if we do properly and effectively it takes about 3 weeks plus minus. 2 weeks indoor and the third week outdoor desensitization. Than after you confidence with the bird behavior, you can fly them. Already. But even though they already free flight outdoor, please dont stop doing the basic training. I did that untuk age 2 years old.

Mine conure is not having harness at all , my bird is around 3 months and perfectly flying inside room during hand feeding. But I’m to take outdoor. What’s your suggestion? What should my next step. Means after 1 year also this fearness would be there.

And another question till how many days we can give her training conure, she is now 3 months old and now I’m starting harness training, is this right time or I already missed the time.

If shes already indoor fly when she was 3 months, thats a perfect age to start her notice amd learn about outside, then u can start

Once you manage to get you bird to fly to you, you need to do it repeatedly. Then add some obstacles. Then do some desensitization outdoors. See whats scared him
