Hello and greetings. Thanks for watching my video and for your comment. I have six different videos with the hand grip exerciser. That's all I could come up with so far. Please take a look at them and see if there is a solution in one of them for your problem. Thank you very much and have a great day.
Guys, the whole idea of the hand grip exerciser is to develop strength in your hands. Now, if you're unable to turn the dial after using the hand grip exerciser, what can I say. Anyhow, let's see what I would do if I had the same problem. So you don't have a pair of pliers. What I would do is I would wrap the dial in some bicycle tubing or rubber or some sort of cloth if you don't have that. That is just to protect the dial from getting damaged. Then, I would squeeze the dial in the doorway on the side where the hinges of the door and not the side where the handle is. Just enough to create a strong grip on the dial and not to damage it or break it. Then, I would turn the hand grip exerciser on the dial and try to free it up. Normally you would turn the dial on the hand grip exerciser to move it but now you are doing the opposite if you want to call it that and that is turning the body of the hand grip exerciser on the dial. If you don't have a pair of pliers that's the only thing I can think of unless you give it to someone who has more hand strength than you and ask them to free it up for you. Thank you very much for watching my videos and for your comments, guys. Hope you get it freed up. Have a great day
Hi,i bought one from shein and it doesnt stay completely up and it makes a sound when i use it and i cant max up the tension, its just stuck to the lowest
Hey as far as the sound goes that might be just metal fatigue. In my video I show why the dial knob gets stuck on either the low or high tension. I have a few videos on these hand grip exercisers see if you could find an answer in one of them. That's all I could come up with to cover everything about the hand grip exerciser
Hello and greetings. Thank you very much for watching my videos and for your comment. Sorry to hear about that. You only use the tension knob temporarily to adjust the tension. After you've selected your desired tension you don't need the knob anymore so it shouldn't matter
Hi, gripper is just like yours. But the adjustment mechanism is not working. The dialer still spins but the spring is stuck in the middle. No matter how much i rotate the dialer the spring remains there. Any solution for that? Please i really need to fix it. I just bought it yesterday online.
If you just bought it yesterday and it's brand new you should be able to return it as defective out of box.The only thing I can think of is the threads on the dialer is stripped out and in that case you would have to try to use something like super glue to bond it onto the screw again.
It's just stuff probably. Look at my video and see how I freed it up. Then you can apply the same technique to yours. Thank you very much and have a great day.
@@gulabkhan3008 It's the same as when it's on the highest tension. You have to use the channel Grip Pliers and try to loosen it. If it's on the lowest tension then you have to turn it clockwise to try to get it freed up.
@@irfaanxlcr8370 Hey bro my hand gripper got stuck and it can't move even I applied your idea but it can't help plz help me to fix your all videos of hand gripper didn't help 😢
@@jiyankalita2054 I didn't buy these Springs. I salvaged them from bed frames that were thrown out for recycling. You might try a hardware store to see if they have anything. Or another thing you could do is check with a mechanic shop and see if they have any Springs from the old style drum brakes.
