I love how your garnish looks so fresh and seems to have moved after being microwave. I could never get mine to do that

If you have fresh garnishes on hand, we always recommend adding them after you've reheated the dish for more brightness and freshness.

"Nice" but disappointing the "reheated" plate is staged. I'm curious if your product is worth while

It’s an ice cube tray… repurposed. This is barely a product.

Hi! If you reheat the frozen 2-cup cube as it's assembled in the tray, then the sauce will be on top of the rice and simply not visible when recording. You can also use our 1-cup tray and freeze the components separately (which we often do) and have the rice and chickpea masala side by side in a plate or bowl.

I'd like to say, as someone who's reheated frozen home cooked food that I've made before. You don't throw a frozen block of frozen food straight into the oven, microwave, or anything else and think it's going to come out perfect. I take it out at least 12 hrs prior and it'll thaw completely undisturbed and then it'll be ready to reheat. Thaw it while it's still in the fridge though to keep it cool. I do this all of the time when I don't feel like cooking, but I have something frozen that I want to for dinner.

@@NaturallyKoilyKuteness78 Yes, that's great advice. If you remember, it's always recommended to thaw gently in advance using the refrigerator. It's not required but does improve the reheating process.

I would pull the it out after frozen and vacuum bag it. Keep it in the freezer till you are ready to eat.

Yes, that's a great idea. We vacuum seal our frozen cubes if we know it will take us longer than 4-5 months to go through it.

That last plate was staged, the rice would not look like that. Why not just show what it actually looks like?

The actual cube looks a bit different when reheated because the rice will be covered by the sauce. If you want it side by side as depicted then you can use our 1-cup tray and freeze the rice and chickpea curry separately.
